From the Manufacturer The Waterproof Quilted Lap and Burp Pad has top layer made of 100% cotton onion quilting. The middle layer is made of soft polyester filler and the back is made of 100% waterproof vinyl. Each pad measures 14" x 21". The pad can be machine washed with like colors.
